Find a quiet place where you can sit comfortably with a journal, notebook, or piece of paper.

Take a few slow breaths.

Allow yourself to settle.

Ask Yourself

What have I been carrying that no one else can see?

Write Freely

Write without editing.

Write without judgement.

Write until you feel lighter.

Now ask yourself:

"What have I been carrying that no one else can see?"

Don't overthink it.

Simply write.

 

Write about the worries.

The pressure.

The resentment.

The hopes.

The fears.

 

The things you've been holding together.

The things you've been pretending are fine.

 

Write without editing.

Write without judgement.

Write until you feel lighter.

TODAY'S REFLECTION

Take a moment to answer:

What do I need more of in my life right now?

And what do I need less of?

Write whatever comes up.

There is no right answer.

Only honesty.
