What actually is the TeaTub Soak and why is it the world's first?

The TeaTub Soak is a bath soak in a bag, like a giant tea bag for your bathtub. You drop the whole bag into warm water, get in, and soak for around 20 minutes. No measuring, no mess, nothing to clean up. Just tip the spent bag in the bin when you're done. It is the world's first because when I dreamt this product and went looking for it, it did not exist anywhere. So I made it. Every ingredient: magnesium flakes, Epsom salts, dried botanicals, essential oils is chosen for how it makes you feel, not just how it looks on a label.

Is the TeaTub Soak safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Every ingredient is chosen to be gentle on sensitive skin. We do recommend doing a patch test before your first full soak, just hold the bag to your inner wrist for a few minutes and wait 24 hours. If you have any specific allergies or skin conditions, check the ingredient list on the product page or get in touch and we will help you work it out.

How long do I soak for?

Around 20 minutes is ideal. Long enough for the magnesium and Epsom salts to absorb through your skin and for the essential oils to actually do their thing. Longer is fine too. This is your hour. Take as long as you want.

Can I use the TeaTub Refill with the original bag?

Yes. The TeaTub Refill is designed to go straight into the organza bag from your original TeaTub Soak. Just tip the refill in, tie the bag, drop it in your bath. Same ritual, less packaging, lower price.

What does the Calming Roll On smell like?

Calming, grounding, and warm. The blend includes lavender, frankincense, and bergamot in a jojoba carrier oil. It is not an overpowering scent, it is the kind that you roll on and take a breath and feel your shoulders drop. Exactly what it is designed to do.

Are the products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes to both. No animal products, no animal testing, ever. Not because it is trendy. Because it is the right thing to do.

How long does shipping take?

We ship from Australia. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Australia. Express shipping is available at checkout and usually arrives in 1-3 business days. International orders take 7-21 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard shipping on all orders over $120 within Australia. The bundles all qualify automatically. If your order is under $120 standard shipping is a flat rate, you will see the exact amount at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please allow extra time for customs processing in your country, this is out of our hands but we will give you your tracking number so you can follow the journey.

What is your return policy?

If something arrives damaged or is not what your ordered, we will sort it out immediately. No drama, no back and forth. Just get in touch with your order number and a photo and we will make it right. Because of the nature of our products, handmade, consumable, personal care items, we are not able to accept returns for change of mind. But if something is wrong, we are on it.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Get in touch as quickly as possible at sales@thisisme50.com.au. We process orders fast, but if yours has not yet been packed and shipped we will do everything we can to help. Once it is on its way, we are unable to make changes.
